  • On April 25, 2007 the Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation ordered S. 311 to be reported without amendment favorably by a vote of 15-7.  The bill now goes to the floor for consideration.  As of this time no date has been set for full Senate action.  Please check back for updates.
